When Jash became a father two years ago, it was a life-changing event for him. “The pregnancy journey was a rollercoaster ride. After that, it took a little bit of time for things to get streamlined.” Overseeing the internal audit function for GCPL India and SAARC at Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL), Jash wondered how this new curveball would impact his career.
